Adrian Belew was born Robert Steven Belew in Covington, Kentucky on December 23, 1949. He is prbably beast known as guitarist and vocalist of progressive rockers King Crimson. However, Adrian Belew plays drums and percussion - including marimba - as well.



In 2006 Adrian Belew toured Australia with Matt Finish on drums. His latest band, The Adrian Belew Power Trio, features Eric Slick behind the drum kit



Adrian Belew contributed to Trent Reznor's 2008 Nine Inch Nails instrumental release known as 'Ghosts I-IV', where he played marimba amongs other instruments.
