This was no less then one of the most surprising artists that played the festival. Where Ray Luzier gave a high speed performance with Bass player Billy Sheehan, Derico Watson performed his tight R&B grooves, and Jojo Mayer got the audience quite with his in depth grooves. Where Chad Smith\'s clinic became a party (better said: a riot), Pete Ray Biggin show some heavy skills and Gavin Harrison flabbergasted everybody with his polyrhythms, the last artist came on stage, sat down behind his Ludwig and proved he is the most stately successor of his father in Led Zeppelin. With grooves as rough and raw, as the music needs, he is probably the only one who comes as close to the time John Bonham had during his life. A necessity to play Zep\'s music the right way, and the only way.

Jason started playing drum when he was only four years old. Before the reformation of LZ, his career spans many artists he played and recorded with. To name a few: Joe Bonamassa, UFO, Jimmy Page, Paul Rogers, Foreigner, Jeff Beck and -of course- his own band Bonham.

We have made three compilations of his clinic during Drummer Live. Of course one of Zeppelin songs, but Jason also played music he prefers, like Jeff Beck, and, the CSI tune, which is of course The Who\'s Who Are You? A good insight in the drummer that is currently member of one of the biggest Rock bands the planet has known. In the last video he introduces Kashmir in a personal way, remembering playing it at the O2 in London in 2007 during the reunion concert.
