"We believe in the potential of omni-channel retailing. With four stores in the Netherlands, eight stores in Belgium and a new online platform, we will soon be able to better serve customers with our Clicks & Bricks formula. Making music is about passion and fun. The unique experience that we offer in our stores takes a central role, but we also want to serve our customers in the best possible way through other channels, including mobile, social and web."
Key Music Group is said to be the largest retail chain specialized in musical instruments, audio equipment and accessories in Europe. With twelve stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, the Key Music Group expands its Clicks & Bricks formula. The three labels Key Music, Rock Palace and Feedback all have a long history and strong reputation among musicians, producers and DJs in the Benelux.
In the future the two Dutch labels Rock Palace and Feedback will operate under the Key Music flag. A new e-commerce platform will replace the three current web shops of Feedback, Key Music and Rock Palace.
BMI, founded in 1969, was already distributing percussion brands such as Vater, Voggenreiter and Premier. The newly acquired stores all carry a broad brand portfolio including (but not limited to) Alesis, Gretsch, Korg, LP, Pearl, Roland, Schlagwerk, Tama, Toca, Masterwork, Meinl, Sabian and Zildjian.
