Homero Chavez, an independent drummer, percussionist and producer, is currently serving as the VP of Outreach for the International Percussive Arts Society in the State of California.

Homero Chavez has traveled nationally and internationally to perform at Major Music Festivals and venues. The Sierra Nevada Music Fest, Reggae on the River, One World Music Fest, SOBs, Lincoln Center, Japan American Theatre, House of Blues, Conga Room, Troubadour, Hot House, Vancouver Jazz Fest, Grec Music Festival de Barcelona Spain, Heimatklange Berlin, New Morning Paris, Radio One Belgium, Music Meeting Holland, Xtra Limmathaus Zurich, Red Sea Jazz Eilat Israel, and many others.
Homero Chavez has performed at The Agustin Lara Awards with a variety of Mexican superstars, The Samsung LPGA Tour Award Ceremony.
