40 Years 'Greatest Hits' Snare Collection
Tama is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a year-long rollout of greatest hits limited-edition commemorative snare drums. Designed to recapture the sound and feel of the decade in which the originals were first produced, the series is expected to attract collectors and will be issued with a certificate of authenticity and hard case. The series begins with the original flagship Superstar, an all-birch snare that embodied the feel of '70s fusion and rock. A reissued selection of rosewood and bell brass models gives a nod to the '80s. The series represents the 90s by revitalizing Tama's famed G-Maple models, with their thick shells and die-cast hoops. And for the new millennium, the celebrated Starphonic Steel snare drum, which gave drummers an instrument that offered unprecedented clarity and genre-bending versatility.

Silverstar Cocktail-Jam Kit
The Silverstar Cocktail-Jam Kit is a brand-new portable kit from Tama. With a very unique appearance and sound, the most remarkable feature is the compactness of the kit. It can easily be set up and played with a drum throne in a much narrower space than a custom drum set. The Cocktail-Jam kit and hardware can be completely packed up in just two bags, which are included with the kit, making it super portable and easy to transport to any gig.

Three new Black Metalworks snare drums come to market. With Black Nickel Plated Die-Cast Hoops, Evans Black Chrome Heads Tama expends the series with three beautiful new items.

Mini-Tymp Snare Drums
Three new Mini-Tymp snare drums are available in an affordable price range. All with Free MC69's. The all have 1.2mm steel shell, Triple Flanged hoops, half snappy beds and the msl60t lugs.

1st Chair (HT430)
Tama brings the famous 1st Chair back on the market. Featuring a 14" wide flat round seat with the same price as the HT330.
