Company To Watch
Mapex was awarded twice. First as Company To Watch for their MyDentity Drums, the new line of custom drums that offers a wide array of options at a midrange price with a manufacturer's suggested retail price between $1500-1900 USD. This means the street price will be around $1000-1200 USD.

Best in Show
The Mapex MyDentity Drums were also awarded as Best in Show. lso picked in the category Best in Show was Ludwig's Atlas Hardware series that comes in three versions (Atlas Standard, Atlas Pro, and Atlas Classic). The last one features flat base stands with patent pending slotted Acculite Sustain Feet so the legs can overlap.
