Superstar Classic Maple
The Superstar Classic Maple has six finishes the company already launched in 2017. At the NAMM Show in California, Tama displayed the Dark Indigo Burst with the Duo Snare. The kit in the video features an 18" x 22" bass drum, 8 x 10 and 9 x 12 toms and a 14 x 16 floor tom. A kit on this level is priced around an acceptable $1,250.

While not mentioned on Tama's website yet, the Dark Indigo Burst finish in the video is available as well.
The Superstar Classic Maple is also available in smaller sizes as 16" x 20" bass drum and 7" x 10" and 8" x 12" toms and a 14" x 14" floor tom.

Limited Edition Blue Onyx
We just couldn't leave this one unattended. In the Summer of 2017, Tama also came out with a limited edition of the Superstar Maple in a Blue Onyx wrap. While the price for the 7-piece kit was suggested as $1,499.99, we have seen it for sale for only $799.99. Again, the shells are 100% Maple as with all the Superstar Classic drums.
