This highly charged interactive event consists of two categories: Fastest Hands and Fastest Feet. It is a feature at this year\'s summer NAMM show in Austin, Texas.
\"To see these guys with world records of 1,200 strokes in a minute go at it, full-throttle, smooth as silk, with their hands and feet moving over 20 times per second for a full 60-second run is simply an amazing work of technical proficiency.\"
The NAMM International Fastest Drummer Contest is sponsored by TheMusicEdge.com, NAMM\'s new teen promotional initiative and is open to anyone attending this year\'s NAMM summer session.
