It is no exaggeration that Jeff Porcaro is one of the greatest and most influential drummers of all time. His work with for instance Steely Dan, Boz Scaggs, Cher, Michael Jackson and so many others are all testimonies on itself. Add to that all the recordings and live performances of the other Toto members, then everyone agrees a documentary about the Porcaro family is an initiative that must be supported. 'Porcaro A Band Of Brothers' is a movie and in-depth tribute to the entire Porcaro family that have been at the forefront in music for over 50 years. Even longer when you start with parents Joe and Eileen Porcaro, the starting point of the movie.

Steve Duddy, executive producer of 'Porcaro A Band Of Brothers,' married into the Porcaro family in 1980, when Toto was already well on their way to great success. He teamed up with Chris Duddy, a director/cinematographer who has been working in film for over 30 years to create this homage to the family and tribute to Jeff Porcaro.

This campaign started on March 01 and will close on March 31, 2015 (11:59pm PT). As we are writing this, $15,955 has been raised of the $125,000 goal.

This is a film that explores the life story of the Porcaro family and their contribution to the music we grew up listening to. Known worldwide for their work in the band Toto, this film chronicles the family's street- wise, humble beginning, to their success in the Hollywood Music business.

Joe Porcaro's path to success is a story of perseverance and hard-work combined with a foundation of natural talent. Coming from a musical background herself, Eileen Porcaro - Joe's wife and mother of their children, is the family's essential bond. Together, they raised four talented children - Jeff, Mike, Steve, and Joleen, who have contributed to the soundtrack of our lives.
