Best Drummer nomination OffBeat Magazine
Besides the big Zildjian news, Stanton is nominated as Best Drummer for the 2019 New Orleans OffBeat Magazine. Stanton's competition in this category are Billie Davies, Doug Garrison, Herlin Riley and Johnny Vidacovich.

Galactic has also been nominated for a Best R&B/Funk Artist, Best R&B/Funk Album, and song of the year for their track Going Straight Crazy from the album 'Already Ready Already'. The poll is open until January 15..
