About the Author After many years in the world of marketing, eleven years ago David Phillips was appointed head of European Artist Relations for Pearl Drums. He worked there for six years leaving to start his own company A & R Marketing Limited. For the last five years he has been freelance, and during this time has handled European Artist Relations for Drum Workshop.
