Shane Embury is best known as bass guitarist in Napalm Death. Before joining, Shane played bass in a death metal band called Azagthoth with Pete Giles, who would later play with him in the band Unseen Terror, featuring Shane Embury as their drummer.



Besides playing with Napalm Death, Shane has a long list of side projects including Brujeria, in which he played drums as well as guitar and bass (using the alias of Hongo).
