Pete Hayes was drummer of British shoegaze/dream pop band Echo Lake. He died at the age of 25, after losing his battle with a long-term heart related illness.



Pete Hayes’ death came just days before the band's sophomore album, 'Wild Peace', was released.



As well as being an incredibly talented drummer, Pete Hayes worked as a camera assistant for various television companies and for Best Fit Sessions - most notably with Oh Land.
