Drummer Laurent Harrouart was the original in French thrash/death metallers Yyrkoon when they started in 1995.



When the band wanted to record their third full lenght album "Occult Medicine", Harrouart encountered personnal problems and lost the motivation to commit himself for studio. As the studio was already reserved, the band recorded the album with Dirk Verbeuren (Scarve, Soilwork) as a session drummer in November 2003.



In June 2004 Harrouart officially left the band for "personal reasons," according to a posting on the group's web site. He rejoined the fold in April 2005.
