John W. Griswald Costa, also known as 'Johnny Blade', was born to a musical family in a small Massachusetts town. His grandfather, father, and brother were all string players. Johnny decided to keep the beat yall!
Johnny's father, Joe Costa, being a staple in the New England entertainment scene, supported Johnny's musical interests and allowed him and his would be musician comrades to jam in the cellar.
Anyway, the real name of the first band was "Forbidden Force", then "Reckless", "State of Mind", and "Sickhellsaine".
Johnny was inspired by the following: Tommy Lee, Niko Mcbrain, Bill Ward, Keith Moon, Johm Bonham, Tommy Aldridge, and Animal.
He enjoys 7&7's and walking through bad neighborhoods.
