Johan Per Langell takes care of drums, percussion and (backing) vocals in Swedish progressive metal/rock outfit band Pain of Salvation.



Johan Langell joins the band when he's fourteen years old, replacing former drummer Mikael in 1990.



In April 2007 he announces his departure, in order to focus on his family.
