By the age of 14, Jason Hartless had already toured or performed with Motley Crue, God Smack, Theory of a Deadman, Drowning Pool, Rev Theory, 3 Days Grace, Seether, Mountain, Warrior Soul and Cavo just to name a few.



Jason worked in some of the finest recording studios in North America while working with world renowned producers such as, Dale Penner (Nickelback), Paul Orofino (Millbrook Recording Studios) and Chuck Alkazian (Elton John, 50 Cent, Christina Aguilera, Dave Matthews Band) and has played on the same projects as drumming greats Anton Fig (David Letterman) & Carmine Appice (Rod Stewart).



Jason Hartless is taking on the entertainment world with confidence and thousands of fans and industry professionals across the United States witnessed it in 2009 when he toured most of the summer with some of the biggest names in rock n roll, while on Motley Crue’s Crue Fest II Tour.



Jason Hartless' drumming can be heard on the opening theme song on ESPN's "John Gillespie's Great outdoors" and the Versus Television's "The Next Bite." These studio recordings were done while he was 12 years old.



Jason Hartless holds 3 North American Championship titles for his performance on the drum set while competing in the American Guild of Music's competition. Jason has never placed lower than first while competing, with most times going up against drummers much older than him.



April 2011 saw the release date for Jason's instructional dvd titled "Learn To Rock Drums with Jason Hartless & Friends." Jason has taken an active role in production of the film, including editing and co-directing.



Jason Hartless started drumming at the tender age of 6 months. He created a buzz in the music industry when at age 8 years old he recorded his first album with rock legends Corky Laing of Mountain, Richie Scarlet of Ace Frehley and Jim McCarty of Cactus & The Rockets fame.



Jason Hartless' foremost life passions are touring and recording. He says he is happiest in the studio, on stage or traveling on the tour bus. Jason has other loves in his life, which are studio/audio engineering and live sound productions. In 2010 he ran front of house sound for The Motown Legends Show, which featured many of the legendary Motown performers of the 50s,60s and 70s. In January 2011, Jason was the Audio Director for the Fraser Performing Arts Centers presentation of “The Phantom of the Opera”. Jason received rave reviews for his thinking out of the box, by turning an 800 seat auditorium into a giant surround sound experience.



In the Summer of 2012, Jason Hartless attended the Berklee College of Music's week long Percussion Festival on a Full Tuition Scholarship. He also toured around the Guitar Centers' doing drum clinics to support the release of his educational dvd in Guitar Center Stores all over the United States.



Jason Hartless is currently touring with Pistol Day Parade.
