In 2004 Ethan Johns joins former Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson on the promotion tour for Robinson's solo debut album.
Like his father, the legendary producer Glyn Johns, Ethan Johns is a record producer. He is also a multi-instrumentalist, mainly playing drums and guitar.
Ethan worked with John Hiatt playing Guitar, Mandolin, Drums, Guitar (Rhythm), Vocals, before playing drums on "Internal Exile" in 1991.
Since then he has played with David Crosby, Stevie Nicks, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Joe Satriani, Linda Ronstadt, Chris Still.
He has enjoyed recording and touring with Emmylou Harris, Ryan Adams, Rufus Wainwright, The Counting Crows, and many others as well.
