Christopher 'Krasp' Lee has been an original member of Los Angeles hardcore Social Justice since 1990. Chris performed on the 1992 7" release, "I Refuse to Lose" released on Justice Records, and later re-released on Lost And Found in Germany.
Social Justice renamed themselves into Downset. Christopher Lee has been a member since the band was founded in late 1992- early '93. Soon after their formation they released their Downset demo featuring the tracks Anger, Breed The Killa, About Ta Blast and Body Cry.
In 1992 Chris played with Bottom Line and released their "Straight Edge demo".
Chris was not with Downset from 1998- 2001. During that period Chris Hamilton took place behind the kit. Christopher Lee played on three of the four albums released and helped write material for all releases. He performed on: "Downset" (Mercury Records, 1994), "Do We Speak A Dead Language" (Mercury Records, 1996) and "Universal" (Hawino Records, 2004). Early 2004 the band's line-up is completed by Brian "Ares" Schwager on guitar, Rey Orepeza as vocalist and Rico Villasenor on bass.
Chris 'Krasp' Lee also plays drums in Drunk with Power. He joined late in the game for the Los Angeles based power metal quartet featuring members of Tura Satana, Manhole, and Downset. Chris played a few shows before the ongoing hiatus.
Another band Chris plays with is Jodoh, the Chicago based dub core band now located in Los Angeles. An independent release is planned for late 2005-early 2006.
