Arie den Boer plays and records in a diversity of bands and orchestras in a variety of styles from classical to Jazz, pop, rock, funk, latin, balkan & world music.



Arie den Boer studied percussion at the Conservatory. He played in musicals like West-Side Story, Evita, Joe, among others. Currently Den Boer is performing with André van Duin, Metropole Orchestra, Carel Kraaijenhof, Slobodan Trkulja & Balkanopolis, etc.



Arie den Boer is also working as a freelance artist, both on stage (The Lion King) and in the studio (Holiday on Ice, Gerard Joling). In 2005 he toured with Carel Kraayenhof y su Sexteto Canyengue.

Television Shows Arie den Boer played for include: A Star is Born, Heineken Nightlive, Monte Carlo, Musical Award Gala’s 2001 till 2006, Musicals in Ahoy 2002,2004 & 2006, Una Voce Particolare, Una Voce Liberale, de Notenclub, Z@ppeling Musicalawards, Foxx Kids Sinterklaasfeest, Uitmarkt (several years) plus 25 years Queen Beatrix Jubilee Show, Dancing with the Stars, and Eurovision Belgrade 2008. He also did several television shows in Serbia.
