Ton Dijkman hosted the 10th Sandlane Sessions in the Sandlane Recording Facilities. With Eric van den Bovenkamp on keys, Ton Dijkman - one of the most prominent and experienced studio drummers of The Netherlands - showed how studio recordings are his second nature.
Ton Dijkman uses several Remo skins approprite for the session he is in.
On toms (top) he uses:
- Coated Ambassadors,
- Coated Emperors,
- Clear Emperors and
- Clear Vintage Emperors.
- All bottom heads are XClear Ambassadors.
On his snares he uses:
- Coated Ambassador,
- Coated Control Sound (Black Dot).
Bassdrum can or may have:
- Clear or Coated Powerstroke 3 or 4
- and sometimes a Fiberskyn Powerstroke
