The 2014 Paiste PST7 cymbals come in three weight classes: light and thin, medium and heavy. Also added are three effect cymbals: two china's and a 10" splash. According to Paiste, the thin cymbals are ideal for drum and music schools with their sensitivity and soft feel. The medium weight cymbals find their purpose best in pop, rock and dance like music.
