Larry Mullen Jr, best known as long-time drummer for U2, was gunned down - not for real fortunately, but while shooting the movie 'Man On The Train'.

The 48-year-old Dublin-born rocker is taking a break from his day job to make his acting debut in the movie.
The film, which is a remake of a 2002 French film about a gangster who develops a friendship with a retired poetry teacher, also stars veteran actors Donald Sutherland and Graham Greene.
'Man On The Train' is is being directed by Mary McGuckian (Inconceivable). There's no word on when the film will be released.
