\'Children\'s Stories from Around the World\' is a collection of 18 children\'s stories from around the world including poems, adventure stories, fairytales, legends and more all narrated by storyteller and singer Marie Franz, with all music composed and recorded by Olson. This cd is suitable for ages 5+ and presents lively retellings, animating people and animals so that the characters come to life with gusto and panache. Sound effects are interspersed meaningfully, along with a variety of musical instruments. Olson:
