A spokesperson representing the Manchester group, has denied claims that acclaimed Stone Roses drummer Alan "Reni" Wren might be too ill to play their upcoming comeback shows.
Rumours of Remi's poor health emerged when Dodgy drummer Mathew Priest told on UK radio that he had heard Reni was unwell and that the band had been "rehearsing with another drummer."
Fortunately for all Reni fans, this notion has now been dismissed.
The reformed indie legends are due to play three sold out gigs at Manchester’s Heaton Park. They will be supported by the likes of Primal Scream, Plan B and Beady Eye.
The Wailers are additional support at every show, while The Vaccines and Professor Green will also join the line-up.
