Award winning percussionist Pete Lockett has announced a new solo tour across the United Kingdom. Titled 'Drums Around The World', the master musician will treat you to a very dynamic, entertaining and informative showcase of drums and percussion from every part of the globe.
According to Pete, the exploration of world rhythms is complemented by subtle sound design and electronics. The combination of sound textures, powerful pulsing grooves and virtuosic solos has captivated and entertained audiences worldwide.
A night that will be both informative and entertaining as the program reflects Pete's work with artists such as Peter Gabriel, Bjork, Jeff Beck, Robert Plant, Kodo, Zakir Hussain and also on five of the 007 Bond movies.
