In 2015 Paiste is celebrating the 35th anniversary of the RUDE series that defines the sound of punk and metal up to this day. To commemorate the anniversary Paiste collaborated with Dave Lombardo to create the 22" RUDE Power Ride 'The Reign'. It's based on the original cymbal which can be heard on the landmark album 'Reign In Blood' that Dave recorded with Slayer in 1986.
This extremely heavy ride cymbal will make its world debut at the 2015 Winter NAMM Show, which will take place from January 22-25 in Anaheim, California.

RUDEs are entirely made by hand in Switzerland from the original CuSn8 bronze using traditional methods that have remained unchanged in over half a century.
