Nickey \"Beat\" Alexander (photo), original drummer in LA Guns, has reunited with founding member and guitarist Tracii Guns and original vocalist Paul Black for a special series of shows to celebrate the band\'s 20th anniversary.

Nickey Alexander played all drum tracks on the classic self-titled debut album for Polygram Records. The band released a CD, titled \"The Black List\", earlier in 2006 featuring a collection of previously unreleased recordings of L.A. Guns standards from 1986 and 1987. They are currently recording new material for release in early 2007.
Nickey \"Beat\" Alexander also played drums in The Cramps between October 1991 and December 1993. He joined the band after previous drummer Nick Knox parted ways with the band in May 1991.
