Shane Tym has been drumming for the last 15 years and was born in Edmonton, AB but grew up in Chilliwack, BC and has played in multiple bands.

He will be making his live debut with All Else Fails at Normfest in Fishing Lake, AB on August 4th.

Comments the new drummer:

"I'm super pumped to be a part of such a wicked band with such great (and kinda weird) dudes, and am really looking forward to creating some sexy sexy music together."

Since Tom's departure All Else Fails recruited old friend and former drummer Ryan Biggs to temporarily fill in when needed.

Now that their line-up is steady again, All Else Fails plan to begin recording a new album soon. According to lead vocalist and guitarist Barrett Klesko, the band is already in the process of writing.
