The drummer is facing three counts of sex with an underage teenage girl.

Police released an arrest report that blacked out the girl's exact age, as well as the name and location of the June 2009 band camp, but described the alleged victim as a youth counselor and Clinton Simmons as an assistant band director.

According to the report, the drummer was invited to the girl's Pembroke Pines home in February and the two had consensual sex while no one else was home. The girl's mother learned about the encounter by reading her daughter's journal in late April. She called police and a report was filed.

Clinton was arrested last Tuesday. He was ordered held in lieu of $15,000 bail at his first court appearance before Broward Circuit Judge John "Jay" Hurley.
