Regular Royal Blood drummer Ben Thatcher invited Lars on stage, so he could go stage-diving and crowd-surfing while Lars was hitting the drums.

It’s not the first time the guys in Royal Blood have spent time with Lars Ulrich. Following the band's show in San Francisco last October, the Metallica drummer took the duo out to see the city sights.

Lars and Metallica are currently writing and recording tracks for their tenth studio album. The upcoming release is the band's follow-up to 2008's 'Death Magnetic' (Metallica's collaboration with rock legend Lou Reed, 2011's 'Lulu' not counted).
