Ray Luzier\'s background
Ray Luzier began to play drums at the age of five. Although basically self-taught, Ray participated in high school jazz, concert, and marching bands.
After his graduation in 1988, Ray studied at the renowned Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California. He graduated in 1989 with a degree from MI\'s Percussion Institute of Technology.
Between 1992-2001 Ray Luzier returned as an instructor at Musicians Institute, where he taught rock-style drumming classes and private lessons.
