Swiss band Gurd will play its final show with drummer Mauro \"Tschibu\" Casciero on December 12 at the Biomill club in Laufen, Switzerland. It also will mark the group\'s first appearance with Tschibu\'s replacement, Steve Karrer (Pulver among others). During the concert, the drum sticks will be passed from the group\'s old sticksman to the new one.
\"This decision has only personal reasons. There are neither conflicts with the band nor the infamous musical differences. The main reason is that I will finally be father for the first time around end of this year.\"
Mauro joined Gurd in 1999. He did hundreds of shows, two European tours together with Pro-Pain and recorded 5 albums (including a live dvd). Mauro will continue playing with his other band The Order.
