None less than Norwegian black metal heroes Immortal (featuring Reidar \"Horgh\" Horghagen on drums) and the kings of jongleurs, Corvus Corax will perform at next year\'s festival.
Corvus Corax, featuring Harmann Der Drescher, Hatz and Patrick der Kalauer on percussion, will play a special show called \'Wacken burns!\'.
Wacken Open Air 2010 is set to take place August 5-7 in Wacken, Northern Germany.
In related news: Immortal will release their new album, \'All Shall Fall\', in North America on October 6 via Nuclear Blast Records. The cd, which will be issued in Europe on September 25, was recorded at Grieghallen and Abyss studios in Norway and Sweden, respectively.
