Graspop Metal Meeting Let\'s start in Belgium. Guns n\' Roses, Whitesnake, Lacuna Coil, Motörhead and In Flames are among the confirmed bands for the Graspop Metal Meeting, set to take place June 23-25 in Dessel, Belgium.
The festival billing also features over twenty other acts including Michael Schenker Group, Trivium, Y&T, Gojira, Soulfly, Opeth, Obituary, Cradle Of Filth, Helloween, After Forever, Exodus, DragonForce, and Ignite. For more information, visit www.graspop.be.
ProgPower Europe From Belgium to The Netherlands: Mercenary and Chaoswave are among the confirmed bands for the ProgPower Europe 2006 festival. This event is set to take place September 30-October 1 at JC Sjiwa in Baarlo, the Netherlands.
Other confirmed acts so far include Another Messiah (The Netherlands), Riverside (Poland), Dark Suns (Germany), and Pantommind (Bulgaria). For more information, visit www.progpower.com.
With Full Force The With Full Force Festival, set to take place June 30 – July 2 at Flugplatz Roitzschjora in Löbnitz, Germany has recently announced new additions to their line-up as well. Motörhead and Arch Enemy are among the latest confirmations for this year\'s installment of the festival.
The festival billing is shaping up with over 40 acts, including Amorphis, Bleed The Sky, Born From Pain, BoySetsFire, Bullet For My Valentine, Celtic Frost, Clawfinger, Deicide, Dismember, Gorefest, Korn, Kreator, The Black Dahlia Murder, and Volbeat.
Unfortunately, both Dry Kill Logic, featuring Philip Arcuri (photo) on drums, and The Business have been forced to cancel their appearances at the festival.
