The Pittsburgh-based seminal instrumental rock outfit are currently recording a new album with longtime producer Al Sutton at Sutton\'s Rustbelt Studios in Detroit, Michegan.

Don Caballero started as a trio but has expanded to a four-piece. Alongside drummer Che the band includes Creta Bourzia guitarist and bassist Jeff Ellsworth and Jason Jouver as well as guitarist Gene Doyle.

This line-up has completed several North American tours in recent years and the forthcoming record will be the unit\'s first recorded work together.

Don Caballero have previously released four critically-acclaimed and highly influential full-length recordings as well as an extensive singles collection via previous labels Touch and Go Records, and Southern Records.
