Michael Scott "Cactus" Moser, drummer and husband of country singer Wynonna Judd, was involved in a serious motorcycle accident while riding before a scheduled concert in Deadwood, South Dakota on August 18.
The 55-year-old drummer and his wife were on the road when Cactus when he crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming car.
According to the South Dakota Highway Patrol in Rapid City, Cactus was transported to a local hospital where he is being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
At the time of the accident, Wynonna was riding ahead of her husband on a different motor and was not involved in the crash.
The couple, who got married on Wynonna's farm in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee in June, has postponed their concerts in Canada that were scheduled for next week.
The Rapid City Journal reports that Cactus Moser is charged with driving on the wrong side of the road and operating a motorcycle without a license.
