Subsequently, regulations set forth by the Australian Corporations Act 2001 required the company to look at alternatives to their business structure and operations, including but not limited to, the possibilities of moving overseas, or an acquisition to a larger manufacturer or moving operations to another entity.

Ultimately, none of these options would ensure that brady's vision for their instruments and how they should be represented would remain intact so they have chosen for the Brady brand to have a graceful exit from the marketplace at this time, effective immediately.

Chris Brady successfully pioneered the use of native Australian trees in building drums. His snare drums and drum kits are used by some of the world's greatest drummers invulding Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts, U2's Larry Mullen Jr, Steve Jordan, Elvis Presley's old drummer Ron Tutt, who now plays for Neil Diamond, Mick Fleetwood, and Kaiser Chiefs drummer Nick Hodgson.
