Sodom is in search of a new drummer, now that drummer Bobby Schottkowski has parted ways with the group as a result of several problems. A message from the band reads as follows:\"After personal and private problems between bassist/vocalist Thomas ‘Angelripper’ Such and Bobby, it was decided, by mutual agreement, the end of the cooperation between Sodom and drummer Bobby Schottkowski.\"
The remaining band members will announce a replacement drummer as soon as possible.
The shows from January will be performed as planned and the upcoming tour in February will take place in any case.
Sodom have a new album coming out called \'In War and Pieces\', set for release in January 2011.
