Meinl's Classics Custom Dark Trash series grew with quite a few new cymbals this year. Orlando Drummer Adam Tuminaro demos the two new 16 and 18 inch Trash China cymbals that are added to the list. And don't forget, until March 31, 2019, you can win the Meinl 18" Classics Custom Dark Trash Stack here on drummerszone!
The holes in these two chinas cut a lot off of the sustain, which gives the a lot more bite and make them a sharp cut-through add on to the cymbal line. Although the sound of the Meinl's B10 Dark Trash cymbals is bright and cutting, the dark Metal-like appearance might be misleading because they can be used in any type of genre.
