The artists were also able to check out the first production model of the BC2rm rack mounted model, which was making its debut appearance at the Winter NAMM show in Anaheim, California.

Gerald Heyward, often called the godfather of gospel and R & B drumming, was there to show his support, as was Porcupine Tree drummer Gavin Harrison, John "JR" Robinson, the most recorded drummer in history and one of the first to endorse this drum device, along with Daniel Adair, Trevor Lawrence Jr and Ray Luzier.

Also feeling the beat were the prolific drummer and clinician Benny Greb, the multi talented Van Romiane, pop's own Donald Barrett, in demand session drummer Sammy Merendino, Gandhi's drummer Massimo Hernandez Osti plus veteran jazz and blues drummer Michael McGee.

The vibe of the Porter & Davies booth also attracted a multitude of other drummers, music educators and music colleges including the Musician's Institute.

After the NAMM Show, Porter & Davies added several new artists to their endorsement roster, including Leo Crabtree, the live stickman behind The Prodigy, Johnny Jenkins who plays for Example (Elliot Gleave) plus Phoenix, Arizona based artist David Bedell (also known as Dave Small), and educator Fred Dinkins, who also plays for top US comedian Sinbad.
