Over the years Indoor Percussion Europe (IPE) has presented the competition for individuals and ensembles during the kick-Off event. For the first time, IPE will hold the Individuals & Ensembles (I&E) competition during the IPE European Championships in Tournai, Belgium on Sunday April 8, 2012.
Besides the indoor percussion championships in the afternoon, members and ensembles can compete in the European I&E competition for percussion.
The first category is for Individual Percussion: snare drum, multiple tenor drum, percussion keyboard, timpani, and multiple percussion.
The second category is for Ensembles: bass drum ensemble, cymbal ensemble and percussion ensemble.
