The line-up fot Adams Drummersfestival 2009 is complete. The organization, Muziekcentrale Adams in Diest, has announced all artists. Latest additions are Mel Gaynor, Cindy Blackman and Pete Lockett. The event takes place at CC Het Loo in Tessenderlo, Belgium on April 5, 2009.

Mel Gaynor Mel was born in South London. He started playing at the age of 11 with his mom\'s knitting needles. Mel is best known as drummer with the Simple Minds, but also toured and recorded with artists such as Elton John, Joan Armatrading and Tina Turner.
Cindy Blackman Cindy studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts before moving to New York City in the 80’s. She has been seen and heard by millions of people backing up Lenny Kravitz, but Cindy Blackman is also a phenomenal jazz drummer and has release several solo albums.
Pete Lockett British percussionist Pete Lockett is one of the most versatile multi-percussionists in the world. No wonder he has worked with many artists including Aphex Twin, Björk, Peter Gabriel and Kula Shaker.
Other artists Previously confirmed confirmed for the festival were Simon Phillips and Gregg Bissonette. Dom Famularo, the world\'s most famous \'drumbassador\' will be hosting the event.
