The new album of the New Cool Collective Big Band is Release of the Month on Drummerszone.com. The band is one of Holland\'s primary Big Bands and also performs in a smaller setting of nine. The rhythm section counts three members: drummer Joost Kroon and the two percussionists Jos de Haas en Frank van Dok.

International highlights for the band are touring in Kenia, playing on the Montreal Jazz festival, the Sziget festival in Budapest, and the North Sea Jazz festival last year.
