Drummer Stewart Copeland, bassist/vocalist Sting and guitarist Andy Summers have been in discussions for months, but have not issued any details yet.
The Police became one of the biggest bands of the eighties with hits including Every Breath You Take, Don\'t Stand So Close To Me, Roxanne and Message In A Bottle. When they broke up in 1986 frontman Sting continued as a solo artist. The singer has always resolutely opposed a Police reunion in the past.

Guitarist Andy Summers\' book, \"One Train Later\", was released in October of the same year. And frontman Sting recently released an album of 16th Century classical music written by John Dowland in cooporation with lutenist Edin Karamozov called \"Songs From The Labyrinth\".
