Dutch \"atmospheric doomsters\" Officium Triste, featuring Martin Kwakernaak (photo) on drums, have posted the following message on their official web site:\"[We]\'ve been very busy writing new material for the upcoming fourth album. We\'ve made quite some progress and we can tell we\'ve got four songs finished and we\'re working on two more songs. Hopefully we can start recording before the end of this year.\"
The finished songs are entitled My Charcoal Heart, Signals, Your Eyes and Master Of Your Own Demise.
Officium Triste\'s third full-length album, \"Reason\", was released in 2004 via Displeased Records. The album was recorded at the band\'s own El Pato studio.
