Mariah Carey won four awards at the third annual Vibe Awards last Sunday, 15th November.

Carey collected her trophies as Artist of the Year and R&B Voice of the Year. On top of that the singer\'s latest album, \"The emancipation of Mimi\" featuring Charles Drayton on drums, was voted Best album, We Belong Together was voted Best R&B Song.
It marks the come-back of the pop diva. \"The Emancipation of Mimi\" has sold over three million copies in the US, showing Mariah Carey is clearly on her way up after the debacle as an actor in the movie Glitter.
Other winners at the Vibe Awards 2005 were Kanye West (Best Rapper) and The Diplomats (Best Group).
