The original Donkey Konga presented an addictive blend catchy tunes and rhythm based gameplay.
Packed a pair of mini-bongos, and with a combination of solid gameplay and toy drums, what could possibly go wrong? Indeed, it proved a critical success.
With Donkey Konga 2, Nintendo once again offers a winning mix of tunes and addictive gameplay. The game is controlled via an included conga controller and has up to four players hitting the two drums and clapping their hands to the rhythm of the beat.
The biggest difference between the sequel and the original version is a fresh choice of new music tracks. Gone is the mix of videogame tunes and classic songs across a broad range of genres, and in are cool songs from hip acts like poppunk outfit Good Charlotte. Staind\'s \"It\'s Been a While\" and R.E.M\'s \"Losing My Religion\" have come in favor of oldies\' favorites like \"Louie, Louie\".
Still Donkey Konga 2 is just as much fun and hopelessly addictive when playing with friends, as the original version of the game. Enjoy!
