There's no other late-night host on tv who has such a keen interest in drums as David Letterman of the Late Night show.
In 2011 the talk show host, who is a drummer himself, held two 'Drum Solo Weeks' featuring Tony Royster, Jr., Gavin Harrison, Dennis Chambers, Steward Copeland and Sheila E. among others.
So we already knew that David's really into drums.
But we never realized David Letterman's actual obsession with drums until CBC Music created a collection of video clips where David talks to drummers after their bands perform on his show.
CBC Music also threw in the occasional cellist and harmonium player for good measure.
