Zak, son of Beatles drummer Ringo Starr (real name: Richard Starkey), suffered a tendon injury, was unable to play and forced to withdraw only hours before The Who's show last Tuesday.

Fortunately drummer Scott Devours was available and stepped in.

He filled in for the complete 'Quadrophenia and More' concert and performed admirably with only two hours rehearsal. And performed the 'greatest hits' encore with no rehearsal at all. Says Roger Daltrey:

"Scott was magnificent. He played the whole of Quadrophenia note perfectly with only a two-hour run through to the delight of everyone - onstage and off. (...) Quadrophenia's not an easy piece. To do what Scotty did took real guts."

Scott toured with The Who's Roger Daltrey solo band on the 'Tommy' tour in 2009.

Scott also toured with The White Stripes, Jane's Addiction, Duran Duran, Beastie Boys, Stone Temple Pilots, 3 Doors Down, Creed, Candlebox, and The Von Bondies among others.
